TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

• Prices as shown in the catalogue do NOT contain G.S.T.

• 20% deposit is required for all new customers with first order (please do not send full payment with order).

• On receiving your order there will be acknowledgement only if we are unable to meet any part of it.

• All orders are supplied subject to shortages caused by circumstances beyond our control.

• Payment is due ex nursery or 20th of following month of invoice.

• Overdue accounts will be charged interest at current rates on a per month basis. Action will be taken on debt after 3 months.

• Value discount of 5% on orders over $500.00 (excl G.S.T.).

• Contract growing by arrangement. 

• Every effort is made to sell quality plants that are true to name, variety and description, no warranty is expressed or implied.

• Tree sizes are a GUIDE only.

• Courier- Maximum 1.5m length restriction.

  • Weeping trees and ‘Mopheads’ are not recommended to be couriered.

  • Claims of loss or damage in transit must be made to the carrier.

• Notification of errors etc. must be made within 5 DAYS of receipt of order.

• All trees remain the property of Productive Trees Paeroa Ltd until payed for in full by the purchaser.

TREE DESPATCH.

• Trees are allocated as ordered, Orders are processed generally in the order they are received. If you have any special requirements please let us know on your order form.

• We will notify you when your order is ready for collection. We ask that orders are collected promptly so we can keep orders moving out.

• Bare roots need to be protected so please bring a cover for the trees if they will be travelling on the back of a ute or an open trailer. (Canvas cover, Tarps, Polythene, etc)

PLANTING TIPS.

• Keep roots moist and protected from the light prior to planting.

• Keep the area around the base of tree weed and grass free. 

• Mulching is of great benefit. Eg mulch of bark or cut material. 

• Slow release fertiliser used at planting time can also be most beneficial.

Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday OPEN 9am - 4pm Saturday 1pm - 4pm, 
Sunday 3pm - 5pm. Tuesday CLOSED. Other times by arrangement.
